Explore coffee from a sensorial perspective. In this workshop, you'll taste a selection of coffees prepared using different methods—three filter coffees and two espressos—from a variety of origins and with unique profiles.

You'll learn how temperature, grinding, and extraction stages influence the final result, and you'll develop your ability to identify aromas, flavors, and nuances in each preparation.
