Your first step into the world of specialty coffee. In this course, you'll learn the basics of being a barista: how an espresso machine works, the importance of grinding, dosing, and extraction ratios to achieve a balanced and well-executed cup.
We'll explore the preparation step by step, the influence of water, the impact of time and pressure, and conclude with a guided espresso tasting to identify flavors and understand the results of each adjustment.
